Welcome to Plot Flow. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS writing application. Please read these Terms carefully before using the application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Plot Flow from the App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

Plot Flow is a local iOS application that provides writing and story planning tools. The application operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection for its core functionality. All your data is stored locally on your device.

3. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install Plot Flow on your iOS devices
• Use Plot Flow for personal writing and creation
• Access and use the features and services provided by Plot Flow

4. User Content and Data

All content you create while using Plot Flow ("User Content") is owned by you. You retain all rights to your User Content. We do not claim any ownership of your User Content.

Important notes about your data:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not have access to your data as we do not operate any servers
• You are responsible for backing up your data

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Plot Flow offers both free and paid subscription options through the App Store. Paid subscriptions ("Pro Subscription") provide additional features and services.

• Subscription fees are processed through the App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings
• After canceling a subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current subscription period
• Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
• Create derivative works based on the application
• Remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices

7. Disclaimer

Plot Flow is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, error-free, or meet all your requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Plot Flow, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted in the application or on our website. Your continued use of Plot Flow constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for Plot Flow and its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application to you.
